Machining Services
We will machine parts to your specifications. Our machines are all high
technology, high performance and high accuracy. Our specialty is making small to
medium batches of 10 to 1000 parts.
- CNC Turning
- Whether you require chucking, bar work or parts with milling or
cross drilling we can make them quickly, economically and accurately.
We have made, bushes, spindles, housings, special nuts and bolts, pins
etcetera
- CNC Milling
- Both horizontal and vertical ,machines are used to make a variety of
parts. Examples of parts include housings, bodies, covers, plates, and
cams
- Automatic Sawing
- Our bandsaw has a capacity of up to 250 dia (10"), we cut
mainly parts that are subsequently machined by us.
